Please read these Shipping and Returns Policies ("Policies", "Shipping and Returns") carefully before using the www.joolez.com website (the "Marketplace") operated by Joolez, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Marketplace is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Policies. These Policies apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Marketplace.
By accessing or using the Marketplace you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you disagree with any part of the Policies, then you do not have permission to access the Marketplace.
We accept orders for delivery to addresses in the continental United States and international orders. Please note that Joolez, Inc., does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.
Delivery costs will be assessed by Joolez and will be added to the price of the Marketplaces’ products themselves. The cost of delivery shall be calculated according to the purchase value of your order as well as shipping address as indicated in these Conditions of Sale.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of the Order by email.
Joolez Inc., insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each Marketplace product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address), is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Joolez and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.
Customers may return most items within 14 days of the date the order was received for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. All products shipped from our factory are carefully checked, tested, inspected, and packaged before leaving our warehouse. Shipping errors and/or damage must be reported to Joolez Inc., and to the Carrier upon receipt of shipment. This is imperative in order to perfect any claims to the carrier, and no deviation will be accepted.
No returns will be accepted without prior consent and/or knowledge from Joolez Inc., of a return.
Joolez Inc., does not reimburse return-shipping charges unless an error was made by us. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. You can expect a refund within 5-10 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in the Customer’s original purchase.
- Custom-designed jewelry that we altered or personally made according to a client’s designs are NOT returnable.
- Any jewelry that has been sized or altered in any way according to a client’s request is NOT returnable.
- Color Enhanced Diamonds custom-made by Color Process upon a client’s request is NOT returnable.
- A 15% restocking fee may be charged on: Engraved items, Rings resized to greater than size 7, Rings resized smaller than size 5, and on Platinum and Yellow Gold Jewelry.
In order to ensure your total satisfaction, a Customer or a recipient of a gift of Joolez products (a “Gift Recipient”) may return Joolez products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below. Returns of Marketplace that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Joolez Inc., and will be sent back to the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be.
Joolez Inc., allows the Customer or Gift Recipient to return Marketplace products purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center within fourteen (14) days following receipt, but subject to the further terms and conditions set forth below.
Products that have been purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center may be returned to Joolez’s fulfillment center.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Should the Customer or Gift Recipient decide to return a purchased item within the 14-day period, Joolez and Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, agree that the Customer or Gift Recipient takes the liability of returning the merchandise. It is recommended that the Customer or Gift Recipient should purchase insurance for the returned merchandise. The merchandise should thus be mailed-registered, and fully insured.
The Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep a proof of return shipment, and Joolez Inc., accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced.
Upon receiving a return, Joolez Inc., will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund.
CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Joolez Inc., products must be returned in a new and unused state, in flawless condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Joolez Inc., will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Engraved or embossed Marketplace products cannot be returned to Joolez for exchange.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Joolez Inc., to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Joolez will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Joolez Inc., will proceed with the applicable exchange.
REFUNDS AND MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Refunds will be provided only in the 14 day grace period from the purchase date but will be charged for the shipping and a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days no refunds will be provided. All merchandise that is returned and passes Marketplace’s Quality Control, will be entitled to store credit or an exchange.
Customers and Gift Recipients may be permitted to exchange a product purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center for another Joolez product if the product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy.
Joolez Inc., will send an invoice to the Customer or Gift Recipient which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the original product has been exchanged and the difference to be on store credit.
Should a product be returned for exchange, either the Customer or Gift Recipient, will be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.
Joolez Inc., is extremely careful in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
If you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Joolez in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, Joolez may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
If your product is declared as defective by Joolez Inc., the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable:
- Joolez Inc., may send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability,
- Joolez Inc., may propose an exchange for another Marketplace creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference.

Neither Joolez Inc., nor any of their respective officers, directors or agents, are liable for any loss or damage of products.
